Returns
30 days from date of purchase, less shipping & handling on product purchased directly from The Perfect Link, LLC. Return Merchandise Authorization is required from The Perfect Link, LLC for any returned merchandise. If you would like to return your Perfect Link product, please call Customer Service for instructions at (800) 983-6291.

Shipping - USA or Canada
Please allow 24 hours from the time your order was placed before contacting Customer Service with any questions regarding your order. Customer Service is available Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.  For Customer service call (800) 983-6291.

We will ship your order anywhere in the continental U.S. or Canada from our warehouse in California. (Sorry we cannot deliver to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses). For shipments outside of the continental U.S. or Canada, please call Customer Service. (800) 983-6291.

U.S. Delivery Times
Standard shipped orders normally arrive within 5-7 business days. Express orders normally arrive within 3 business days. Rush orders normally arrive within 2 business days.

Canadian orders may take longer to receive due to customs clearance.

Tax
We are required by law to collect sales taxes on shipments including shipping and handling to those states where we are located: FL. For U.S. and International shipments, the package recipient will pay all applicable duties, taxes and customs fees.
